The increased success of Titanium Builders and Development led to its expansion into other states. Although the building company originated in Spokane, Washington, Titanium Builders and Development is currently operating and thriving in Idaho, Arizona, Montana and North Dakota. Touraj Vedadi, founder and president of Titanium Builders and Development, has led his team of 30 employees to complete diverse projects, from modernizing a boutique hotel to developing a large residential community. The most recent project was a premier planned community in North Dakota called Hunter’s Run, featuring affordable modern homes, plentiful parks and close proximity to schools, shopping and other amenities.
